About

Natasha Lee

Passionate service designer Natasha is a firm believer in the power of design thinking to drive meaningful change, pushing for a more inclusive society and empowering people with autonomy.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Natasha’s childhood dream was to become a clown as she wanted to put a smile on people’s faces. She still feels the same today, and as a service designer works to solve challenges and make people’s lives easier. Educated in Beijing and London, Natasha was able to connect and communicate with people from different walks of life, which further motivated her to strive for diversity and inclusion.

Currently working for a placemaking design studio where she contributes to community engagement works to design inclusive and human-centric public open spaces, Natasha deploys an analytical and empathetic design approach to break down complex systems and to make sure the voices of stakeholders are being represented.

Natasha is enthusiastic about participating in Resolve’s Fellowship, as it provides an opportunity to meet and learn from like-minded individuals. She’s looking forward to connecting with fellows and mentors and developing a structural and strategic approach to goal-setting and problem-solving.
