Eva is an interdisciplinary professional in the nonprofit sector. She is an innovative social worker as well as a former marketer and fundraiser. Through her nonprofit career, she hopes to explore cross-sector possibilities in addressing the challenges of aging in society.
Growing up in Hong Kong she has witnessed social changes while continuing to adapt to the new circumstances. Remaining committed to social causes and volunteering in her beloved Hong Kong, her areas of interest include diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing and social entrepreneurship.
In her professional journey, Eva has served underprivileged seniors with chronic health risks and promoted an innovative approach of ‘social-medical collaboration’ in the community during the pandemic. She was also a seasoned marketer and fundraiser for raising public awareness on various social causes. These experiences have provided her with valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Now she integrates related experience at an organization for social entrepreneurship, and creates social impact by collaborating with community and corporate partners.
Recently she is particularly interested in integrating social entrepreneurship to the broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework. She obtained the Certified ESG Planner CEP® in 2023 for personal and professional growth. With an unwavering belief in the potential of civic society to promote human wellbeing, Eva is eager to further refine her skills by joining this year’s Resolve Fellowship.
In her leisure time, Eva learns about Artificial Intelligence and contributes to sports volunteering.
