About

Christina Lee

As the Founder of NutriCare, Christina aims to leverage A.I. and supply chain to make nutrition therapy accessible and sustainable for patients and older adults. She joins the Fellowship to gain personal growth, mentorship and collaborate with like-minded Fellows.

Having been born in Hong Kong but completed most of her primary and secondary education in Belfast, United Kingdom, Christina grew up as a typical “third-culture kid”. For her tertiary education, Christina studied a double Bachelor’s degree between Sciences Po Paris and the University of Hong Kong, taking the opportunity to explore the rest of Europe as well as Hong Kong in this period. She hopes to leverage her understanding of different societies to bring the most impact to patients and older adults around the world.

Christina started an initiative, NutriCare, after observing how over 70 percent of patients do not comply with nutritional guidelines upon hospital discharge, leading to worsened conditions and a heavier burden on the healthcare system.

Christina hopes to enhance her ability to drive change and make a greater impact in promoting dignity in aging for older adults in the Fellowship. Having access to experienced mentors, she wishes to refine her goals, develop effective strategies, and overcome challenges. Through networking, idea-sharing, and joint projects, she can leverage collective knowledge, skills, and resources to bring about meaningful change with like-minded peers.

Beyond work, Christina enjoys going to art fairs and concerts. She loves going out into nature for hikes and exploration as well.
