Does representation alone weave true inclusion?
In 2025, we mark 30 years since the Beijing Declaration, a pivotal moment for gender equality. While some progress has been made, a global backlash against DEI initiatives threatens to scale back on hard-won rights and undermine efforts toward true equality. True inclusion goes beyond representation.




Program Components
The Fellowship will consist of 7 compulsory and 2 optional leadership development workshops, one-to-one Mentoring, social events, and Opportunity Fund seed grant to test ideas.

Theme Overview
At Resolve, we are aiming to craft safe and inclusive spaces that nurture the true sense of belonging, challenging gender stereotypes, promoting gender education, and unlocking resources for open attitudes, not just in headlines, but in everyday spaces: from classrooms that educate future generations, to family dinners where values are passed on, to workplaces that embed equality and respect, and public spaces where every voice deserves to be heard.
We envision a society where all genders can thrive, feel safe, and be celebrated—not just represented.
The 2025-26 Fellowship will focus on advancing women’s empowerment and LGBTQIA+ inclusion, exploring how these are expressed and experienced in everyday life in Hong Kong. Our thematic focus will cover topics such as, but by no means limited to:
