Homegrown in Hong Kong, Ross was drawn to Resolve Foundation’s mission of empowering emerging leaders and promoting social inclusion. As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), he saw a meaningful opportunity to apply his corporate expertise to support community-driven change.
Ross is a seasoned human resources leader with over two decades of experience in Total Rewards, Strategic HR Management, and people analytics across the Asia-Pacific region. He currently serves as Head of Remuneration and Planning at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, where he leads strategic initiatives in compensation, HR technologies, and data-informed decision-making. His career spans senior roles at respected global organizations including Moody’s, Shell, AIG, and GE, where he led transformative HR projects and championed inclusive workplace practices.
In line with his commitment to DE&I, Ross pursued a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, deepening his understanding of equity and inclusion in organizational contexts. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in business, data science, and accountancy, and is a certified ACCA and Six Sigma Green Belt. Ross lectures part-time on HR systems and volunteers his expertise to nonprofits where he supports inclusive and effective organizational practices.
