As a neurodivergent individual with 25 years in the technology sector, Rishi has personally experienced the importance of creating environments where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but celebrated. His experience of living in multiple countries as a minority, fueled his passion for ensuring equitable opportunities for everyone.

Rishi’s professional journey in technology has equipped him with a strong foundation in strategic problem-solving, innovation and ethical leadership. He believes these skills can significantly contribute to Resolve’s mission, helping to develop and implement effective strategies towards inclusive Hong Kong. In the last decade, he has closely witnessed technology becoming more ambient, contextual and he believes that we have a responsibility to steer its use in an inclusive way, avoiding it to further polarise the society. Just as technology strives for accessibility and user-centric design, we must embrace diverse perspectives to build a truly inclusive Hong Kong.
