Phoebe was motivated to join Resolve by its mission to empower future community leaders to bring about inclusive social change in Hong Kong. At Resolve, Phoebe oversees all aspects of the fellowship and alumni programs, as well as ideating future programs. Before joining Resolve, Phoebe worked at Save the Children and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in London. Phoebe received a Master’s in European Studies from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Arts from The Hague University. During her free time she enjoys exploring new places and cultures through travel, food and books.
