Philip is passionate about Resolve’s vision of an inclusive Hong Kong and its work to achieve social justice through the empowerment of emerging leaders from marginalized and underrepresented communities. Philip is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in strategy, performance management, M&A, investment management, actuarial valuation, financial control and IFRS. His knowledge and experience mainly span across life and non-life direct insurance and reinsurance. 

He is an active volunteer for many causes and enjoys teaching as an adjunct faculty for several years. He enjoys music, sports and watching TV in his spare time.
