Percy joined Resolve to dedicate his efforts toward building a more inclusive and equitable society in Hong Kong. He graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University majoring in Sociology, where he developed a critical understanding of social inequality and community issues. He believes that lasting social change begins with awareness, by reducing unconscious bias and challenging the assumptions that shape how people see one another, society can move toward greater empathy, inclusion, and equity.

Before joining Resolve, Percy gained experience interning at the Consumer Council and the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, where he primarily supported research projects.

As a Marketing and Communications Associate, Percy assists in creating content for social media, the website, newsletters, and reports. He also supports the school program by assisting in event delivery and the development of communication materials.

Outside of work, Percy enjoys watching Netflix, going to the gym, and traveling around the world to explore new cultures and places.
