At Resolve, Martina guides the team on strategy, communications, fundraising, operational improvements and people development. Her background is in social innovation and award-winning public relations campaigns, with expertise in Creating Shared Value, design thinking for sustainable business, community building and cross-sector partnerships across diverse impact & ESG topics. 

Martina previously consulted for Sustainable Finance Initiative, Future Green Global and others. She led Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong’s programs in building HK’s CSV movement, training business leaders from the likes of AXA, Nestle, HSBC, Accenture, New World & more. Martina co-founded HK’s Workplace Mental Wellbeing Mixer and convened OPTicM!SM, an innovative Covid relief fundraiser featuring HK photographers from all walks of life. She is a global citizen with a career spanning 5 cities, and believes everyone has the potential to be a changemaker.
