Lester is driven by a passion for youth-led social innovation. Committed to Resolve’s mission of fostering equality in Hong Kong, he believes that sustainable change begins with empowering young leaders with knowledge and real-life exposure, and he continues to embark on that mission through the work he does in Resolve. He is an alumnus of Li Po Chun United World College and previously a student member of the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, where he researched on teaching critical thinking in first and second languages. 

Lester had experience in various educational and non-profit settings. He was the regional coordinator for the Sino-Japan Youth Conference, where he supervised student leaders organising a peace-oriented international summer camp. He also co-founded Biz Sense, an organisation that aims to empower students in entrepreneurship through business and economic education. 

Beyond career pursuits, Lester enjoys cycling around the city, and daydreaming about opening his own cafe.
