Katrina joined Resolve as its organizational mission, values, and vision resonate strongly with her own aspiration for a more inclusive and equitable Hong Kong. Having been born and raised in Hong Kong, she has witnessed firsthand both its dynamism and diversity alongside its rampant socioeconomic inequality. Katrina is familiar with Hong Kong’s non-profit landscape, previously having interned and volunteered with prominent organizations such as Justice Centre Hong Kong, Mother’s Choice, and Justice Without Borders. These experiences have in turn strengthened her desire to help uplift marginalized groups in our community by amplifying their voices and providing them with a platform to express their needs, concerns, and ambitions. While at Resolve, she hopes to support this invaluable work while also continuing to develop her capacities as a professional. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, and frequenting coffee shops around the city.
