Chelsea Perino holds a BA in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and an MA in Public and Organizational Relations, specializing in digital communications and brand strategy. After a four-year solo journey around the globe, she spent the next four years leading digital strategies in New York City and Seoul, working on high-profile projects such as the brand communications program for the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Currently based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the Managing Director of Global Marketing & Communications at The Executive Centre, where she built the marketing department and brand strategy for the premium flexible workspace provider spanning 36 cities across APAC.

An internationally recognized keynote speaker, Chelsea focuses on women’s empowerment, organizational culture, and customer experience transformation. With over 15 years advising global brands like Samsung and Pernod Ricard, she excels in leadership, cultivating inclusive workplaces, and building meaningful brand relationships. She is also a professor, published author, and holds leadership roles in organizations like the Urban Land Institute, AmCham, TALK HK, GREEN Hospitality, and ReThink Foundation.

Chelsea is excited to join RESOLVE’s Board because of her deep commitment to building a more compassionate and equitable society. Having witnessed the power of inclusion and diversity through her global career, she is passionate about supporting underserved communities and amplifying underrepresented voices. Chelsea believes RESOLVE’s mission to create a more inclusive Hong Kong aligns with her personal values and desire to foster meaningful change through education, empowerment, and empathy.
