Carl joined Resolve in 2023 and was attracted by its unique approach to empowerment and inclusion. Growing up as a minority in Australia, Carl became passionate about social justice and equity and has volunteered extensively with numerous NGO’s in Australia and Hong Kong. 

He is a risk governance professional and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is the Managing Director of CANDA Consulting, focussed on the ethical and responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence. His professional experience spans multiple industries including years of pro bono consulting to charities and NGO’s, uplifting board and risk management practices.

Carl grew up in Australia, relocating to HK in 2019 and enjoys sailing, swimming and travelling.
