Amanda is honored to join Resolve Foundation’s board, deepening her commitment to their mission after mentoring in the 2022 fellowship program, where she first witnessed the organization’s powerful impact on Hong Kong’s community.
With 18 years of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments, Amanda brings a uniquely holistic perspective to advancing workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, and community partnerships. Her career has taken her from global financial institutions like Goldman Sachs to top-tier consultancies and leading health NGOs, equipping her with a deep understanding of diverse organizational cultures and the challenges they face. In addition, Amanda holds a Master in Public Health from Columbia University. This breath of experience enables her to champion inclusive, impactful strategies that foster equity, belonging, and positive change—values at the heart of Resolve’s mission.
