The most diverse cohort of 2025-26 Community Changemaker Fellowship!
We received a record number of Fellowship applications!
After an intentional effort to partner with more local networks, we are thrilled to report a record-breaking 76 Fellow applications for the 2025–26 Community Changemaker Fellowship on the theme of “Representation and Beyond: Gender Inclusion in Everyday Life“. It is heartwarming to see so many individuals pushing for gender equality for people of different identities!
After two weekends of shortlisting and interviews, we are proud to announce the selection of 26 outstanding Fellows for the upcoming cohort. We also had a strong response to our Mentor call, confirming 26 Mentors who will be matched with Fellows for this transformative journey.

Past Fellows & Mentors were invited to share their Fellowship journey!
Enhancing a participatory process
To make our process more inclusive, we adopted a participatory approach for the Fellowship interviews. By inviting two former Fellows and one former Mentor onto the selection panel, we leveraged the community expertise of those who have successfully navigated the program. This ensures our final cohort is selected on their genuine motivations, readiness for collaborative growth, and alignment with our mission.
This year’s cohort is wonderfully diverse, representing 12 nationalities and bringing a vast array of professional and lived experiences – from migrant domestic workers, university students to early-stage social impact leaders and educators… all are united by the same crucial goal: to push forward gender equality for people with different identities and rights. You will be able to find out more about their profiles in the coming months. Subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to learn more about their Fellowship progress.
